I’ve gained a lot of knowledge about the rules and gameplay on the server, so I can handle admin duties efficiently. How do you handle conflicts or difficult situations?: I prefer to approach conflicts with a calm and neutral attitude, first listening to both sides of the story before taking action. I believe in applying the rules fairly to everyone, without bias. Availability: 4-6 hours per day, especially on weekends and evenings.
